Job Title: Education Sales & Enrolment Specialist (UK Market)Location: Dubai (Office-based + Hybrid)Hours: Evenings & Weekends (aligned with UK parents)We’re hiring a confident, fluent English-speaking closer to join EdGenie, one of the UK’s fastest-growing A-Level support platforms.You’ll lead conversations with UK parents and A-Level students through WhatsApp, calls, and TikTok Lives. Every lead is warm, qualified, and actively exploring EdGenie.Your role is simple: understand their goals, communicate how EdGenie helps them achieve top grades, and guide them through to enrolment. You’ll also nurture relationships with families after they join, keeping engagement and satisfaction high.What You’ll Be DoingManage 60–100 warm leads per week through WhatsApp, calls, and emailConvert parent and student enquiries into paid enrolmentsCreate and run email and WhatsApp marketing campaigns for segmented audiencesBuild and maintain strong relationships with enrolled families, ensuring satisfaction and retentionDevelop and refine objection-handling scripts and closing frameworksFollow up methodically with every unclosed lead until outcomeTrack every conversation and sale in CRM (Monday.com / Google Sheets / Meta)Host and support TikTok Lives that drive engagement and sales, responding to comments and questions in real timeOccasionally appear on Lives as an EdGenie representative once trainedReport daily activity metrics (leads contacted, follow-ups, conversions)You Must HaveExceptional command of written and spoken English2+ years proven sales experience in the UK education system, EdTech, or B2C high-ticket education servicesStrong communication skills via phone, video, WhatsApp, and email — warm, confident, and naturalProven track record of closing £500–£6,000 offers (or equivalent in AED)Experience communicating with both parents and students in decision processesAbility to plan and execute short-form marketing sequences (email and WhatsApp)Comfortable engaging on camera during TikTok LivesCRM proficiency (Monday.com / Google Sheets)Resilient under pressure with disciplined follow-up and strong organisationWorking Hours (Dubai Time)Weekdays: 2pm–10pm or 6pm–2am (rotating shifts)Weekends: Saturday & Sunday, 2pm–10pm(Aligned with UK after-school and parent availability)Why EdGenieEdGenie helps A-Level students achieve A/A* grades through structured examiner-led teaching, feedback, and 24/7 academic support.
