Job Description

Responsibilities Educational Process:· Interacting with faculty on all matters related to planning and conducting classes, consultations, and practical training and pre-graduation internships.· Creating academic schedule (including classes, exams and internships)· Monitoring the conduct of classes and student attendance.· Preparing internal orders for the admission, expulsion, and transfer of students, maintaining a register of orders.· Interacting with students on academic matters, preparing Individual study schedule, online learning monitoring, organizing consultations with teachers (if necessary).· Providing accurate information on study programs, schedules, training and internship regulations for the university website.· Participating in organizing and conducting open days, consulting applicants and parents on matters of studying at the university LMS & Moodle:· Ensure provision of accurate and complete information on students, the schedule, list of academic subjects and assigned teachers, monitoring adjustments, checking course availability for all students.Guest Lectures:· Organizing guest lectures by experts and business representatives.Interaction with the Branch Office· Timely fulfillment of requests from the Branch Office.· Collecting information for completing monitoring forms and uploading it to the MO portal.· Generating and submitting reports on completed activities Diplomas, Pre-Diploma Internships· Compiling and overseeing the provision of required documentation for pre-diploma internships; coordinating committees for diploma defenses.· Timely collection and submission of necessary documentation for diploma issuance.Job requirementsAt least 2 years of experience working as an office assistant or in a similar role.Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)Excellent organizational and time management skills.· Excellent communication skills both written and spoken in English and Russian, Ability to maintain confidentiality.Strong work ethic and a proactive approach to completing tasks efficiently.Excellent team building, and management skills.Professional attitude and appearance.Attention to detail.Good communication and interpersonal skills.
