Assist with implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and learning adjustments. Support students' social and emotional wellbeing within the classroom and playground settings. Prepare and adapt learning materials as directed. Contribute to the smooth running of classroom routines and general school activities. Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other support staff to promote student success. Essential Criteria A genuine commitment to supporting the learning and wellbeing of children and young people. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with students and staff. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. Sensitivity, patience, and confidentiality in working with students with additional needs.
