About the company we're hiring for currently:The company is a fast-growing educational consultancy firm.Company Strength: 50+ Role Overview:We are looking for a proactive and knowledgeable Education Consultant with 1-2 years of experience in UK student admissions and visa processes. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in the UK university application cycle, CAS issuance, and visa procedures. This is an excellent opportunity for someone ready to take ownership of student case management and contribute to a results-driven team.Key Responsibilities:Advise students on UK university admissions, course selection, and eligibilityManage the full application process including UCAS and direct applicationsAssist with CAS issuance and ensure timely submission of visa applicationsMaintain up-to-date knowledge of UKVI guidelines and university requirements Liaise with universities, students, and internal teams to ensure smooth processingConduct consultations via phone, email, and in-person meetingsMaintain accurate records of student progress and documentationMeet performance targets and support business growth objectivesRequirements:1-2 years of experience in UK-focused educational consultancyStrong understanding of UK university admissions and the student visa processExcellent English communication skills (written and verbal)Confident in client handling and providing end-to-end supportHighly organized with attention to detailMust be based in IslamabadBachelor's degree or higher (preferably in Education, Business, or related fieldsWorking Days: Monday - FridayWorking Timings: 10 AM - 6 PM Work Mode: Onsite, Islamabad Experience: 1+ years Benefits: Competitive salary (based on experience and performance)Bonus of up to Rs. 50,000 per successful caseSupportive, team-oriented work environmentOpportunities for professional growth and leadershipAccess to training resources and up-to-date industry developmentsA chance to play a meaningful role in students' academic journeysAbout HR Ways:HR Ways is an Award winning Technical Recruitment Firm helping software houses and IT Product companies internationally and locally to find IT Talent.
