About The RoleWe are seeking a passionate and dynamic Educational Consultant to join our team. This role involves guiding students, parents, and institutions in making informed educational decisions, from academic program selection to career pathway planning. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the education landscape, excellent communication skills, and a genuine interest in helping learners achieve their goals.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide consultation and advice to prospective students and parents regarding academic programs, admissions, and career options.Build and maintain strong relationships with educational partners, institutions, and stakeholders.Conduct school visits, webinars, and presentations to promote educational programs and services.Support the admissions process by assisting applicants in completing required documentation and submissions.Stay updated with current trends and developments in education (local and international).Meet or exceed monthly consultation and enrolment targets.Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Education, Communication, Marketing, or a related field.Minimum 2 years of experience in student recruitment, education consulting, or counseling (preferred).Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.Proficient in English (spoken and written).Organized, target-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.Willing to travel occasionally for events or school visits.What We OfferCompetitive salary and performance-based incentives.Supportive and collaborative work environment.Opportunities for professional growth and international exposure.
