The ideal candidate will play a key role in guiding prospective students through their education journey while achieving daily targets and supporting the institution’s growth through effective communication and digital outreach.Key Responsibilities:- Achieve and maintain daily Key Performance Indicators (KPI) by cycle.- Provide accurate and professional education consultation to prospective students and parents.- Maintain regular follow-ups and ensure high conversion rates.- Assist in executing marketing and outreach activities, both online and offline.- Utilize social media platforms such as TikTok and Facebook to promote educational programs and engage with the community.- Work collaboratively with the team to meet group and individual goals.- Participate in events, education fairs, and roadshows as required.Requirements:- Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English; ability to speak Mandarin/Chinese is an added advantage.- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.- Able to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.- Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment.- Tech-savvy with good knowledge of social media trends and content creation, especially on TikTok and Facebook.- Willingness to learn and grow within a fast-paced educational environment.- Must be available to start immediately.Why Join Us?- Friendly and dynamic work culture- Opportunities for professional development- Make a real impact in students' lives- Attractive incentives based on performance
