Job Description: Work with Business Development Executives / Sales teams to capture new customer needs and expand the product range.Prepare presentations, Technology Update (TU) and Proof of Concept (POC) about products and services for the sales team.Explain solutions to both technical and non-technical customers, in writing and through presentations.Involve in events like tradeshows, company events, and customer workshops to generate demand.Engage with customers, understand their needs, and suggest products that meet their demands.Must have willing to travel and meet customers to perform product presentation or any sales activities.Help produce technical specifications for RFPs (Requests for Proposals) and RFQs (Requests for Quotes) or tender preparation.Ensure smooth handover to technical teams and support the customer with initial relationships and requirements.Qualifications:·Bachelor Degree in Information Technology or equivalent. Other professional certification is an additional value.· Minimum 1- 3 years relevant working experience.
