AICESA embodies a movement for digital equity, preparing future generations of Africans to compete globally. Role Description This is a full-time remote role for Educators and Training Volunteers. The responsibilities include developing lesson plans, delivering education sessions, and facilitating the training of students and educators in various settings. Volunteers will engage in teaching, mentoring, and supporting participants with hands-on digital learning tools and AI-driven platforms. Utilizing strong communication skills, this role ensures that participants gain essential skills for education and future contributions to the digital economy. Qualifications Proficiency in Lesson Planning and designing effective educational materials.Experience in Education and Teaching to support diverse learning needs.Strong Communication skills for effective interaction with learners and stakeholders.Skills in Training to support broader professional development initiatives.Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to virtual, remote team settings.Passion for digital literacy, innovative education, and addressing equity in African communities.A bachelor's degree in Education, Communication, or related fields. Experience in ed-tech or AI-driven education is a plus.
