This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical background in chemical manufacturing and a passion for creating safe, sustainable workplaces.What will you be doing?EHS Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure compliance with international, national, and local EHS regulations and company standards. Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.Incident Investigation & Reporting: Lead investigations into EHS incidents, identify root causes, and develop corrective and preventive actions.Training & Awareness: Develop and deliver EHS training programs to employees and contractors. Promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility.Audits & Inspections: Plan and conduct internal EHS audits and inspections. Support external audits and regulatory inspections.Sustainability & Environmental Stewardship: Support initiatives to reduce environmental impact, including waste reduction, energy efficiency, and emissions control.Emergency Preparedness: Develop and maintain emergency response plans and procedures. Conduct drills and ensure readiness across sites.Data Management & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of EHS performance metrics.
