Senior EHS OfficerLocation: EindhovenSalary: €4.500 - €5.400Holidays: 40 days/ yearWe are seeking an experienced Senior EHS Officer to bring structure, leadership, and ambition to our growing safety culture. This is a hands-on and highly impactful position where your expertise will help transform our organization from reactive safety management to proactive prevention — with the ultimate goal of achieving zero incidents through awareness, ownership, and standardization.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy & ComplianceDevelop, implement, and enforce EHS policies and proceduresAct as the internal and external point of contact for all EHS-related mattersCoordinate and continuously improve the Risk Assessment & Evaluation (RI&E)Ensure a structured, compliant, and consistent way of workingRisk & Incident ManagementLead risk assessments and ensure effective control implementationInvestigate incidents, identify root causes, and implement preventive measuresCoach and empower managers to take ownership of safety within their teamsTraining & Culture DevelopmentDeliver EHS training sessions and toolbox talks across multiple sitesStrengthen the overall safety culture by promoting awareness and accountabilityOperations & Emergency PreparednessParticipate in daily floor meetings and safety walk-throughsCoordinate and maintain readiness of the Emergency Response Team (ERT)Translate safety objectives into practical, actionable measures on the production floorProjects & Continuous ImprovementLead and support EHS improvement initiatives and cross-functional projectsDrive the transition toward a standardized, prevention-focused safety cultureQualifications & ProfileBachelor’s degree in safety, engineering, or a related technical fieldMVK certification required; HVK-level qualification preferredProven experience in manufacturing or technical environments
