Product Quality Assurance Manager

A Luxury brand is seeking a Product Quality Assurance Manager to establish and lead its regional Care Department, based in Amsterdam.Key responsibilities:Lead and develop the Quality team (2 people), ensuring rigorous inspection, standardized procedures, and continuous process improvementBuild and lead a strong Quality community across European markets, driving engagement, consistency, and best-practice sharingPartner with Retail, Operations and Logistics teams to reinforce Quality in handling, packaging, and defect managementImplement and refine KPIs, using data to identify trends and drive strategic improvementsConduct audits and training to align global teams with the Maison’s quality vision and standardsDesired profile:Engineering educationProven expertise in Quality Assurance management on finished goodsStrong background in data-driven improvement, and cross-functional collaborationFluent EnglishAnalytical, structured, and results-oriented, with excellent communication skillsWillingness to travel internationallyContract: Permanent, full timePlease apply with your resume in English.
