EHS/Sustainability & CSR OfficerWe are seeking an experienced and proactive EHS/Sustainability & CSR Officer to drive compliance, safety culture, and environmental initiatives at our clients manufacturing site.For You:Full-time permanent role.50-60k DOE.20 days annual leave increasing with years of service.Company pension & life assurance.Located in West Wicklow with parking. Join a multinational company and a dedicated team.Be part of change and support in making a long lasting impact.Key Responsibilities:EHS Compliance & Safety LeadershipAct as the site’s EH&S Officer and Competent Person.Ensure full compliance with ISO 14001, 45001, and 9001 standards.Lead risk assessments, incident investigations, audits, and contractor safety.Maintain safety systems, SOPs, and ensure training is up to date.Liaise with HSA, manage safety statements, and coordinate safety committee meetings.Oversee emergency response, site security, and permit-to-work systems.Sustainability & CSRLead site sustainability projects to reduce carbon footprint and waste.Support group-level sustainability and CSRD reporting.Drive employee wellness, community engagement, and CSR initiatives.OtherContribute to EHS and sustainability budgeting and strategy.Lead digitalisation efforts in EHS and sustainability processes.Support insurance and business continuity planning.What We’re Looking For:Formal EHS/Sustainability qualification and commitment to continued learning.3–5 years’ experience in a manufacturing or ISO-certified environment.Experience in a manufacturing/warehousing/distribution environment required.Strong communication, initiative, and leadership skills.IT proficiency (MS Office) and familiarity with ISO audits.Internal auditor training, first aid, and technical background are pluses.For more information, please apply through the link provided for the attention of Nikki Moloney or call Osborne Recruitment on 01 525 2457.If you are interested in finding out more about the above role and would like to be considered for this or other suitable roles that we may have available for your skill set – please attach your CV via the link provided.
