Go-to-Market Strategy Develop and implement tailored go-to-market plans, including pricing, positioning, and channel strategies. Cross-functional Collaboration Work closely with teams in Germany and China (Sales, Marketing, Supply, Finance) to ensure smooth execution of business initiatives. Market Analysis Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and consumer insights to support strategic decisions. Business Planning Build business cases, sales forecasts, and growth plans for new and existing markets. About youEducation University degree in Business, International Management, or related field. Experience 3–4 years in business development, sales, or key account management, ideally in FMCG and with exposure to China. China Expertise Strong understanding of the Chinese market and consumer dynamics. E-commerce Knowledge Familiar with platforms like Tmall, JD, and Douyin, including cross-border trade. Analytical Skills Strong data-driven thinking and business case development skills. Communication Excellent stakeholder management and intercultural communication skills. Languages Fluent in Chinese and English; German is a plus. Tools Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
