Producing project documentation such as BOQ, Schedule of Activities, RFQ document preparation and design packs.Working with construction team to co-ordinate delivery works.The Electrical Project Engineer will report to the Electrical Project Manager and be based in the Greater Manchester office.Key Activities: The responsibilities of the role will include, but not limited to:Liaise with Design Engineering technical teamUndertake Technical EvaluationEnsure correct specifications quantities and materialsManage TQsInstruct on any change requestsDocument review & approvalLiaise with VendorsTo ensure information transfer is according to scheduleUndertake Weekly/Monthly reviews of Vendors Scope. Manage TQs, clarifications, Change requestsDocument review & approvalUndertake QAQC ReviewsLiaise with Construction Project Team. Work closely with clients' contractors to ensure project specifications are met and maintain effective communication throughout the projectEnsure Vendor information is availableProvide review of TQ's Provide regular reporting on package progressRaise risks etc. for action where necessaryManage delivery per Project requirementsRequirementsKey skills and experience: Relevant delivery experience in a project settingExperience Industrial Design and Construction Able to read and understand electrical documentation including, Electrical Schematic diagrams, SLD's and load schedules Aware of typical Electrical infrastructureExperience of working to UK standards and regulationsHNC qualified as a minimumDesirable:Experience working in dispersed international teamsUK site construction experienceBenefitsThe chance to make a difference!Competitive salaryDiscretionary annual salary review25 days annual leaveAuto enrolment in pension following 3 month's serviceSeason ticket loanCycle to work loanLearning & Development opportunities
