Electrical Engineer

Primech Building Services is seeking a skilled and motivated Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for and implementing electrical systems for a variety of projects across commercial, and industrial sectors. Your expertise will play a vital role in ensuring that all electrical projects are safe, efficient, and compliant with relevant regulations.Key Responsibilities:Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and reports using appropriate design softwareCollaborate with project managers, other engineering disciplines, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectivesPerform site visits and inspections to assess project requirements and complianceStay updated on emerging trends and technologies in electrical engineering and recommend improvementsRequirementsStrong understanding of electrical systems and design principlesECS Gold card holder is a mustTesting experience (2391 preferred but not essential)Troubleshooting experienceExperience of maintaining electrical equipment (routine maintenance)Experience in fault finding A basic understanding of 3 Phase and Single Phase pumps and motors Commercial and domestic boiler wiring understanding BMS experience (preferred but not essential)Experience in the Installation of containment (tray, basket, ladder and metal conduit) Familiarity with relevant electrical codes and regulationsStrong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with project teamsFull UK driver's license as site visits may be requiredBenefitsOngoing career development plan, including the opportunity to grow with Primech during its rapid rate of expansionCompany PensionTraining opportunities21 Days Holiday plus Bank HolidaysTeam BuildingCompany Van and equipment
