Title: Electricity ManagerLocation: BelgiumLanguages: English and DutchJob description:As Electricity Manager within the Project Management department, you give direction and coach a team of employees to achieve the objectives.You ensure the implementation of the policy within the organization and your team.You are responsible for coaching, motivating and developing a team (of 10 to 15 study managers and draughtsmen / designers) so that your employees function optimally and the objectives are achieved.You respond to technological evolutions, changing laws and regulations (in terms of implementation) and ensure the implementation of the policy within the organization and your team.You are responsible for an efficient organization of all activities within your team, you keep an overview and improve where necessary.You ensure that sufficient competence and technical knowledge is present within your group, is structured and further developed in order to achieve the assignments qualitatively, in accordance with the applicable legislation, safety regulations and internal agreement framework.You consult and work intensively with fellow managers and stakeholders with the aim of aligning the processes, departments and services.
