Electrical Engineer

About the RoleWe’re looking for a passionate Electrical Engineer to join our team and take part in the design, development, and certification of electrical systems. From concept to production, you’ll ensure every project meets the highest standards of safety, quality, and innovation.What You’ll DoLead and support electrical activities throughout assigned projects.Conduct surveys and validate technical assumptions for quotations.Design system architectures and select compliant components (RTCA DO-160, DO-178).Collaborate with certification teams to define and implement compliance strategies.Produce and maintain engineering drawings aligned with project milestones.Work closely with suppliers to define interfaces and ensure seamless integration.Identify risks, propose technical improvements, and troubleshoot challenges to keep timelines on track.Contribute to testing, reporting, and certification documentation.Act as project lead for electrical activities and support the Electrical Leader when needed.About YouBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related aeronautical discipline.Minimum 5 years’ experience in aircraft electrical engineering and project/team management.Proficient with CAD tools (AutoCAD, TeamCenter) and Microsoft Office Suite.Excellent communicator with a proactive and collaborative mindset.Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Fluent in English (French and/or German is a plus).| WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT FROM TMC?TMC is an international high-tech consultancy company that brings expertise to its clients to support them in realizing their technological challenges.
