Electrical Foreman - Automotive

The Electrical Foreman – Automotive Industry will oversee electrical assembly, maintenance, and production operations — ensuring safety, quality, and performance targets are met.Key Responsibilities :Support electrical technicians to achieve production and quality goals.Perform prototype and serial production electrical tasks in line with design data and standards.Execute electrical design and assembly work safely, efficiently, and within schedule.Inspect, test, and troubleshoot vehicle electrical systems and components.Ensure compliance with the CLS Management System (Quality, Safety, Environment, Information Security, and Code of Conduct).Maintain accurate job records, task checklists, and downtime reports.Collaborate with engineering and QA teams to ensure design accuracy and workmanship excellence.Drive team motivation, continuous improvement, and professional development.Qualifications & Skills :Diploma or Trade Certificate in Electrical or Automotive Engineering.10+ years of relevant experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory or foreman role.Strong knowledge of vehicle electrical systems, diagnostics, assembly, and repair.Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and wiring diagrams.Excellent leadership, planning, and communication skills.Commitment to safety, teamwork, and high-quality output.Location: Al Wathba, Abu DhabiIndustry: Automotive / Vehicle ManufacturingEmployment Type: Full-TimeIf you are interested, Please share your resume to careers@calidus.ae
