Join one of Australia’s leading multi-disciplinary infrastructure companies, working within our Utilities Division to deliver critical maintenance and upgrade projects across water infrastructure networks.About the Role We’re seeking a hands-on and motivated Electrical Leading Hand to oversee and support the delivery of electrical, control, and systems maintenance and upgrades across water treatment plants, pump stations, and associated assets.You’ll play a key role in planning, coordination, and supervision, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.What You’ll DoAs the Electrical Leading Hand you'll Lead a team of electricians and trades in the fieldThe Electrical Leading Hand you'll perform and oversee electrical maintenance, upgrades, and fault-finding activitiesThe Electrical Leading Hand will assist with planning, estimating, and subcontractor engagementAs the Electrical Leading Hand you'll Ensure compliance with all electrical and safety standardsThe Electrical Leading Hand will promote and drive continuous HSE improvement across all worksThis Electrical Leading Hand will liaise with clients, engineers, and project managers to meet delivery goalsWhat You’ll BringTrade qualification as an Electrician (current electrical licence required)Strong experience in water or utilities infrastructure (highly regarded)Proven leadership and team coordination skillsSound knowledge of electrical, control, and instrumentation systemsExcellent communication and organisational abilitiesCurrent driver’s licence and White CardWhat’s on Offer$55-$65 per hour, depending on experiencePlenty of overtime availableCompany vehicle or vehicle allowanceLong-term full-time permanent role with a respected national companyOpportunities for career development and progressionJoin a team that values safety, teamwork, and innovation — and play a vital part in maintaining the essential water systems that keep our communities running.
