Electrical PLC Automation Integration Engineer

Must have Electrical + Coding PLC Programmer (Delta OR Siemens or Other) in Automation Manufacturing CompanyEast Rand | Permanent position | Will be working at the company premisesMust be willing to relocate very close to the company if needed.The Company pays weeklyMust have a Matric Certificate/ or equivalent - essentialMust have an Electrical Qualification OR Trade Tested Electrician Red Seal certificate - essentialMust have completed Training in PLC’s Programming and Coding on the PLC’s Must have 3-5 + working years’ experience working in an Automation Manufacturing Production Company doing Electrical experience and PLC Programming + Coding experience (on either Delta / Siemens/ Ladder logic /Omron OR other PLC’s) + doing fault finding + integration + HMI.Experience in FMCG Manufacturing and Production (e.g.: tailer boards, Metals, glass, aluminium, wood, plastics, Electronics, cleaning items, stationary, office furniture, valves OR other products etc.)Must have gained work experience in PLC coding and Programming. – EssentialMust have very strong Electrical working experience + Festo Drives or other drives- very importantMust have gained working experience in installing configuring Drives, wiring PLC’s, Censors, Conductors, relays, wiring cabinets+ panel building, and ActuatorsFactory automation and maintenance working experience.Experience working with Valves (of different sizes)Working experience gained doing Electrical Fault finding and technical experience and maintenanceWorking experience training people on PLC’s (advantage)Pneumatics and Hydraulics experienceHMI working experienceMust have Electrical installations working experience.Programming and integration to various Automation Systems and DevicesWorking Experience with Automation Production MachinesWorking Experience in estimating of materials (advantage but not essential)Working experience in Electrical and electronic circuit design and construction.Experience Milling of mechanical parts, fitting and turningExperience in Building and installation of assembly components.Aluminum Machining Experience (advantage But Not Essential)Design of brackets for sensor mountingDesign and implementation of automated production solutions.Must be willing to work overtime when needed on weekends and during the week and evening - there is overtime pay givenMust be willing to relocate very close to the Company’s Premises in the East Rand near Germiston if neededMust own reliable car or transport and driver’s licenseBe able to start as soon as possible – preferably immediatelySalary: +- R 30 000 - R45 000+ Gross per month (will be working 44 hours per week | and the Company pays weekly) + plus overtime pay (** Salary package is dependent on skills, Qualifications and years of relevant experience gained regarding this Vacancy only) + Discretionary Annual Performance Bonus.Plus Benefits: NB: The Company pays half of a Pension fund package, and the other half would be deducted off of your Gross Salary each Month.The Company also pays half the Medical Aid and pays for Life Insurance Cover.
