The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget while ensuring compliance with safety standards and quality requirements.Key Responsibilities:Oversee and manage electrical construction projects, ensuring alignment with project objectives and client requirementsDevelop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress throughout the project lifecycleCoordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure seamless execution of project tasksConduct regular site visits to monitor progress and resolve any issues that arise during constructionEnsure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standardsCommunicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, team members, and upper managementPrepare and present project updates, reports, and documentation as requiredIdentify risks and implement mitigation strategies to address potential project challengesFoster a collaborative team environment and mentor junior team members as neededQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related fieldMinimum of 8 years’ experience in project management within the electrical construction industryStrong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety regulationsProven experience in managing budgets, schedules, and resources effectivelyExcellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skillsProficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera)PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plusBenefits:Competitive salary and performance-based bonusesComprehensive health and wellness benefitsOpportunities for professional development and trainingIf you are a dedicated Electrical Project Manager with a passion for delivering top-notch electrical solutions, we encourage you to apply.
