To foster that mindset, we hire the brightest and best in the industry, encourage a collaborative approach, and embrace innovative thinking and new technology.Due to continued expansion, we wish to recruit an Electrical Project Manager for Dublin-based projects.Key ResponsibilitiesManage & coordinate all phases of the MEP Services project delivery cycle fromPre-Construction & Planning, Construction, Testing & CommissioningCo-ordinate design team information & details in time for project delivery activitiesEnsure implementation of the MEP deliverables on the projectEnsure all MEP works are carried out to the highest level of safety.Inspect all installation works against the agreed level of approved quality plan.Monitor programmes & review installation progress of MEP servicesWork collaboratively with the design team, MEP subcontractors and the wider project teamRequirementsRelevant Third level qualification in Building Services M&E or Electrical trade.7 years’ experience in building services co-ordination.Previous Main Contractor experience is preferred, ideally project experience in Commercial and Residential.Excellent IT skillsExcellent interpersonal and communication skills requiredPackageAs a permanent employee of John Paul Construction, you will benefit from:Competitive salaryCompany vehicle or travel allowanceRelocation allowance (where applicable)Company laptop and phonePensionLife insurance and income protectionContinuous Professional Development (CPD)Access to lifestyle benefits such as the Bike to Work scheme, Employee Assistance Programme, Sports & Social Club, and moreWe are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
