Site Manager Limerick, Ireland Full time Permanent Position €75000 to €80,000 plus car allowance Our client, a first-generation construction company with operations across Ireland, the UK, and Northern Europe, is currently seeking experienced and talented Site Managers to join their high-performing project team in Limerick. This company specialises in Critical Environments, such as Data Centres, Life Sciences, Aviation, High Value Manufacturing, and Critical Logistics.Purpose of RoleOversee site operations on a day-to-day basis, ensuring work is done safely, on time, and to the highest quality standard. This role would suit someone with a background in all aspects of construction. Key Responsibilities:Ensure the client's expectations are met by delivering a quality product to the end user while fostering professional and amicable relations with design teams and client representativesMaintain the highest standards in health & safety, quality, and client service by ensuring contracts are completed safely, per programme, on budget, and snag-freeReport progress accurately and in a timely fashion to your managerManage and coordinate subcontractors, ensuring their work is completed to the required standard with little or no reworkPlan, coordinate, execute the works, and deliver the project as per contract documentsMaintain excellent working relationships with the construction management team, subcontractors, and supply chainResource and schedule work in line with the project construction programmeWork closely with the project QS, advising on any upcoming issuesJob Requirements:First Aid certificationSMSTS certificationExperience in data centre environmentsCSCS cardIn-depth knowledge of the construction industry and project executionComputer literate and familiar with MS Office and project scheduling softwareAbility to develop and maintain client relationshipsKeen eye for finishes and a proven track record of delivering projects on timeExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenSelf-starter with good judgment when working under pressureStrong managerial abilities to motivate and drive the workforceCommercially conscious with market and competitor awarenessBenefits:Competitive remuneration packageBasic salary, pension, and life assuranceHealthcare benefitsCar allowance or company vehicleIf you are an experienced Site Manager looking to join a dynamic and stimulating environment with opportunities for career progression, apply now to join our client's team in Limerick.
