Electrical Supervisor - SWRO Jafurah

Cox is a global utility company in water and energy, vertically integrated, that applies innovative technological solutions for sustainable development.Cox O&M is seeking a Supervisor for the Electrical team at the Jafurah Desalination Plant.These roles are key to leading specialized maintenance teams, ensuring safe, reliable, and high-quality plant operations, and supporting the execution of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.Ensure maintenance tasks are executed according to schedules, safety protocols, and quality standards.Manage shift handovers and approve technical interventions.Oversee inventory management of tools, spare parts, and equipment, ensuring availability and traceability.Lead troubleshooting efforts and support root cause analysis (RCFA).Ensure proper calibration and verification of instrumentation and control systems.Monitor maintenance KPIs such as MTBF, MTTR, and equipment reliability.Train and mentor technicians and operators, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support plant management in operational decisions.RequirementsTechnical degree or equivalent in your discipline.Fluent English is mandatory; Arabic is a plus.Minimum 3–5 years of supervisory experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in water treatment or desalination.Strong technical knowledge in mechanical systems (pumps, valves, piping) as mechanical SupervisorStrong technical knowledge in electrical systems (VFD, ST, EDLC, Trafo, etc) as mechanical SupervisorSolid expertise in instrumentation and control, including calibration and verification procedures as ICA SupervisorExperience with CMMS platforms and maintenance planning tools.Proven skills in inventory management and spare parts logistics.Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.Ability to work in multicultural and demanding environments✨ Join us and lead a specialized team that keeps one of the region’s most critical desalination plants running efficiently, safely, and reliably
