Electrical Technician

We are looking for a Maintenance Electrical Technician with below tasks:Coordinating with Production, Quality, purchase department, Spare parts store, maintenance team and maintenance managementHave good knowledge in the control electrical panel and 3 phase electricity.Aware about sensors, VFD inverters and PLCManage work orders, follow up, update and closing, record and reporting of WOPreventative maintenance check list, daily maintenance reports, breakdown reports to collect from technical team and recordingFollow up with spare part store and purchase departments for parts request, purchase order, quotation comparison Coordinate with outsourcing workshop for repairing, fabrication, rewinding works, creating job order, gate pass, following with vendor for delivery and keeping recordMaintaining Monthly maintenance cost for spare parts consumption and local repairingPrinting preventive maintenance check list and handing over to technician, follow up for closing the checklistKeeping maintenance documents ready for auditMaintain master equipment files, machine list, asset list Participating in the development and implementation of maintenance policies, procedures, and best practicesBasic Qualification:Diploma or Degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Instrumentation or Industrial Engineering with 2 Years of Experience in FMCG / Food Industry preferably in Bakery Industry
