You’ll support electrical operations across the plant, balancing planned maintenance with urgent breakdowns, and contributing to safety, quality, and production goalsWhat You’ll DoConduct planned maintenance activities across multiple sites.Diagnose faults and proactively manage equipment and process breakdownsPerform root cause analysis and contribute to process improvementsIdentify and implement opportunities to improve plant reliability and efficiencyFollow safe work practices and coach apprenticesParticipate in Safety, Quality, and Continuous Improvement initiativesComplete all required safety, quality, and maintenance documentation and system entriesSupport a high-performance culture focused on safety, teamwork, and operational excellencyWhat You’ll BringNSW Electrical Trade Qualification & LicenseDriver’s LicenseStrong fault-finding, safety focus, and teamwork skillsBonus SkillsPLC programming, mechanical aptitude, computer literacyHoursThis is a full-time role on a three-week rotational shift, operating 24/5:Week 1: Monday – Friday, 6am – 2pmWeek 2: Monday – Friday, 2pm – 10pmWeek 3: Monday – Friday, 10pm – 6amAvailability for extended hours during harvest periods may be required, in line with fatigue management guidelines.At SunRice, we value integrity, innovation, and community.
