This project focuses on enhancing the resilience, reliability, affordability, and security of the electricity, natural gas, and district heating sectors. The scope of work includes addressing immediate challenges and physical damage to energy infrastructure, as well as preparing for Ukraine’s post-war reconstruction and long-term energy security.Position SummaryTetra Tech seeks an Electricity Expert—Market Development to implement reform activities aimed at enhancing the development and regional integration of the Ukrainian electricity market as well as advancing its transparency, competitiveness, and attractiveness to private sector investors. The expert will liaise with various stakeholders to advance reform and facilitate private sector investments, including government and regulatory bodies, industry partners, and donor projects. This position will report to the Deputy Electricity Lead—Market. This is a full-time position for Ukrainian citizensfor the duration of the program (until April 2029), to be based in the Kyiv office.
