Job DescriptionTietoevry Create is seeking talented professionals to join our team as Senior MS Dynamics 365/Power Apps Consultant for remote collaboration.Areas of ResponsibilityDesign solutions based on initial customer requirementsPerform fundamental business analysis tasksDevelop Proof of Concept (PoC) independently or with a small team using Power Apps / Dynamics 365Prepare project work breakdown structures (WBS), estimations, and licensing calculationsManage engagement deliveryPrepare and conduct solution presentationsParticipate in new product developmentSupport new delivery launches (including delivery transition and team acquisition)Conduct training on new technologiesQualificationsProven experience in building applications using Power Apps (Model-driven, Canvas, Power Automate) and Power PagesSolid knowledge of at least one Microsoft Dynamics 365 module: Sales, Service, Project, or Customer Insights JourneysStrong understanding of SharePoint Online / On-Premises (customization, security, apps)Experience with Azure integration and hybrid service scenariosFamiliarity with application lifecycle management and Azure DevOps project management toolsGood understanding of M365, Power Apps, and Dynamics licensing modelsStrong business analysis skills and ability to produce BA documentationKnowledge of business process modeling (BPMN) and system modeling (UML)English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higherPreferred QualificationsValid Microsoft certifications in development, customization, or solution designExperience with core back-end development tools and languages (C#, SOA, Messaging, Azure Functions)Familiarity with modern front-end frameworks (JavaScript, TypeScript with React/Redux)Experience in building customer self-service portals (custom development)Exposure to contact center / CTI solutionsKnowledge of Axapta / NavisionUnderstanding of CI/CD and DevOps toolsExperience managing multiple engagement projectsParticipation in delivery assistance for 1–2 projectsAdditional InformationAt Tietoevry, we believe in the power of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
