Technical agronomic support of the sales team: providing advice to the company's sales representatives, distributors, and end users on the use of plant protection products.Participation in the settlement of customer claims.Coordination of demo trials of the company's products (planning sampling and transfer of samples for demo, control over the use of demo samples and getting of the result)Supporting the company's demo center, participating in the development of a plan for demo trialsOrganization of implementation of small-plot trials (by a third party), participation in the development of programs of small-plot trialsParticipation in creating and maintaining the relevance of technical information regarding the use of the company's plant protection products (recommendations and warnings in product labels, catalogs, brochures, leaflets, etc.).Participation in the preparation of presentations for seminars, webinars, field days, distributor training, etc.Organizing of seminars, webinars, field days, distributor training, etc. independently or in cooperation with sales representatives. Could this be you? 3+ years' experience in position at a crop protection company with similar responsibilityHigher education in AgronomyGood knowledge of plant protection products as well as of weeds, diseases, pestsStrong communication skillsTeam player behaviorCritical/challenging attitude What do we offer?
