Elementary School Counselor

We are looking for a compassionate and committed Elementary School Counselor to join our team and support the foundational development of our students during their early school years.Key Responsibilities:Provide age-appropriate individual and group counseling sessions to support emotional and social development.Foster a safe, inclusive, and positive school climate for all students.Work closely with teachers, parents, and administrators to support student well-being and academic success.Help students build essential skills such as emotional regulation, communication, and conflict resolution.Identify and address behavioral or learning challenges early, and refer students to appropriate services when needed.Develop and deliver proactive guidance lessons aligned with student needs and school goals.Requirements:Master’s degree in School Counseling or a related field.Certification as a School Counselor is preferred.Experience working with elementary-aged children in a school or counseling setting.Excellent communication, empathy, and collaboration skills.If you are ready to make a lasting impact on the lives of young learners and help them build a strong foundation for future success, we invite you to apply and be part of our caring and committed school community
