What will you be doing as a Project Manager at Elixirr Digital?Identifying, defining, and coordinating different processes and project management activities (project progress reports, project timelines, tracking deliverables) Managing the project phases from the initialization to the closure, tracking the project resources through requirements engineering, organizing project post-mortem Defining and controlling project scope Managing and allocating project resources in addition to helping them define project tasks and/or goals Estimating and controlling costs Managing and defining quality standards and monitoring results of quality-focused activities Generating, collecting, storing, and disposing of project information Identifying, as well as analyzing, responding to, and controlling project risks Managing impediments and dependencies outside of the project team to ensure delivery Competencies and skillset we expect you to have to successfully perform your job:

  Previous working experience as an IT Project Manager or equivalentExperience in working with development teams using the Agile approachExpertise in the components/concepts of project management (project planning, prioritization, decision-making, risk management, documentation, budgeting)Knowledge of both traditional and Agile project managementUnderstanding of software and product development lifecycleAbility to prioritize and make decisions considering risks, manage metrics and reportsFamiliar with the Lean Thinking principlesKnowledge of project management tools (preferred: Jira, MS Office)We could be a perfect fit if you are:   Passionate about technology.

You anticipate, recognize, and resolve technical problems using a variety of specialized tools for application development and support. Independent.  You are a self-motivated and ambitious individual, capable of managing multiple responsibilities effectively. Problem-solver.  You think creatively and find solutions to complex challenges. Communicator.  Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential to ensure effective collaboration and timely delivery of results within the team. Proficient in English.
