This role plays a key part in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of lead generation efforts by maintaining reliable and up-to-date contact databases.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct email scraping and data collection from platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other public web sources.Identify and verify contact details for content creators, page owners, and potential partners in line with the company’s content acquisition strategy.Maintain and regularly update email lists and lead sheets, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and removal of invalid entries.Use scraping tools, extensions, and manual research methods to collect relevant contact information ethically and efficiently.Collaborate with the Content Acquisition and Creative Teams to share verified leads and support email campaign requirements.Ensure compliance with data privacy and legal guidelines when handling personal and professional contact information.Track daily scraping targets and progress, reporting key metrics and data health to management.Conduct competitor and platform research to identify new sources for high-quality leads.Continuously improve scraping methods and data management practices to enhance accuracy and efficiency.Required Skills & CompetenciesExperience using Google Sheets / Excel for data management and tracking.Attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and integrity.Understanding of social media platforms and online content ecosystems.Basic knowledge of data privacy and ethical scraping practices.Organized, self-motivated, and able to meet daily targets in a fast-paced digital environment.Blended Working at The Journal Post GroupAt The Journal Post Group, we follow a blended working model.
