You will work closely with hardware and software teams to take these embedded systems from concept through integration, testing, and commissioning—both in-house and on-site.Your Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain ROS 2 nodes and packages for real-time embedded Linux systems primarily in C++Integrate sensors, actuators, and peripheral devices using ROS2 frameworkCollaborate with cross-functional teams (mechanical, electrical, robotics) to deliver integrated solutionsEnsure compatibility with containerization tools like Docker for deployment. Provide on-site or remote support for deployment, troubleshooting, and system upgradesQualifications:Education And ExperienceDegree in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Robotics, or a related field2+ years of experience developing and maintaining systems using ROS 2Willingness to travel: ≈ 25%SkillsGood knowledge of ROS 2, including node creation, communication protocols, and configuration. Strong proficiency in C++ and Python for Linux-based and embedded systemsFamiliarity with Linux, containerization, and deployment tools like DockerStrong debugging skills for real-time systems.
