Embedded Project Manager

An innovative company developing cutting-edge audio and hearing solutions is looking for a highly skilled Embedded Project Manager to join its growing R&D team. In this role, you’ll manage complex embedded system projects from concept to production, working closely with experts across hardware, firmware, software, QA, and product management. Your work will help shape innovative solutions that improve focus and hearing in real-world environments.What you’ll do:Lead embedded projects from planning through deliveryDefine scope, timelines, and resource allocation with cross-functional teamsBuild and manage detailed project plansMonitor progress, report KPIs, and manage risksFacilitate smooth communication between hardware, software, and QA teamsOversee external vendors and partnersDrive continuous improvement in tools and processesWhat you’ll bring:BSc or MSc in Electrical/Computer Engineering or similar5+ years experience in embedded systems development2+ years experience as Project Managment in embedded environmentsDeep understanding of embedded software and hardware/firmware integrationExperience across full product lifecycleThis is a unique opportunity to join a purpose-driven team building products that truly improve people’s daily lives.
