PMO Team Manager – Leading Defense Power Solutions Company We are looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented PMO Team Manager to join a leading defense company specializing in the development and production of standard and custom power supplies for military, aerospace, and space applications.This role requires a strong leader who not only manages from a high level but is deeply involved in the operational details—fully aware of each project’s status, customer needs, bottlenecks, and priorities.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage a team of PMOs, including task prioritization and workload distribution.End-to-end management of multiple technological projects—from initiation to delivery.Track and control project data, schedules, budgets, deliverables, and outputs.Define project goals and deliverables in collaboration with customers and internal stakeholders.Identify risks, manage mitigation plans, and proactively address bottlenecks and issues.Ensure team members perform efficiently while continuously improving strategy and processes with customers.Directly manage customer-facing projects while also overseeing the PMO team (HO-level management).Work closely with senior internal and external stakeholders, both locally and internationally.Utilize project management tools such as MS Project, Priority ERP, and additional digital systems.RequirementsB.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Management – mandatory.Proven experience in project management – mandatory.Experience managing a team of Project Managers/PMOs – mandatory.High-level English skills (spoken, written, reading) – mandatory.Experience leading complex projects, including data consolidation and monitoring – mandatory.
