It starts with YOU.The Paid Media Lead is responsible for driving the transformation of paid media operations at Kimberly-Clark, setting new benchmarks for excellence and effectiveness across global markets. This role is pivotal in establishing a consumer-centric, data-driven approach to media planning and execution, ensuring that all initiatives align with business objectives and deliver measurable value.In This Role, You Will Be Responsible ForMedia ROI Optimization: Lead the creation of a global media operations hub to enable advanced, data-driven planning and optimization, elevating media performance in all markets.Capability Development: Partner with regional teams to build expertise in data-driven media planning, analytics, and strategic media partnerships.Talent Leadership: Develop and mentor a high-performing regional team, fostering collaboration both within Kimberly-Clark and with external agency partners.Standardization: Implement a unified framework for measuring success in paid media, ensuring consistency in planning, execution, and optimization.Strategic Initiatives: Oversee transformative projects, including the review and redesign of paid media operations, development of global Joint Business Plans (JBPs), and collaboration with EMEA ABUs to support local market implementation.Lead the assessment and transformation of paid media strategies, ensuring alignment with global business goals.Develop and execute global JBPs, collaborating cross-functionally to scale new operational models.Support local markets in EMEA with the rollout and adoption of new media strategies and tools.About UsHuggies®. To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:3-year bachelor’s degree / IMM Diploma.5–10 years of comprehensive paid media experience across diverse markets, with a proven record in media planning and buying.Platform Expertise: Deep knowledge of leading platforms (YouTube, Meta, TikTok, Google) and emerging industry trends.Strategic Leadership: Ability to translate business and brand objectives into actionable media strategies and outcomes.Analytical Acumen: Strong skills in interpreting data from multiple sources to drive informed, data-led media decisions.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Demonstrated success working in matrixed environments and with external partners to achieve results.External Orientation: Skilled at leveraging agency and platform relationships to secure the best resources and capabilities.Technical Proficiency: Experience with media tracking, reporting tools, and running test-and-learn experiments; familiarity with Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) studies.Market Understanding: In-depth knowledge of the media landscape and strategies for unlocking growth within markets.Budget Management: Expertise in setting and managing budgets to maximize efficiency, effectiveness, and brand equity.Total BenefitsHere are just a few of the benefits you’d enjoy working in this role for Kimberly-Clark.
