EMEA Recruitment is exclusively working with a well-established technology-driven trading company. We are searching for a Technical Recruiter to join our client's Zug office. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle for a range of specialist roles, including software development, data engineering, and quantitative research, with occasional business operations hiring. As the Technical Recruiter, you will work closely with hiring managers to define needs, design sourcing strategies, and ensure a strong candidate experience. Our client requires the successful candidate to be onsite 5 days per week.
The role will be based in Zug, Switzerland, offering up to 120k CHF. Key responsibilities of the Technical Recruiter:
• Lead end-to-end recruitment across technical and quant roles, including job scoping, sourcing, interviewing, and hiring• Collaborate closely with hiring teams to refine role requirements and optimize interview processes• Implement creative talent sourcing approaches tailored to the crypto/trading talent market• Ensure smooth interview scheduling, data tracking in the ATS, and a high-quality candidate journeyYour profile:
• Multiple years of recruitment experience, including technical or quant roles within competitive markets• Experience in Trading is preferable, a strong technical mindset is essential• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple hiring pipelines and stakeholders• Experience with ATS platforms and process improvement (Greenhouse expertise is a plus)EMEA Recruitment is committed to promoting Equity, Diversity and Inclusion in the workplace.
