This a fixed term contract for initially 6 months.ResponsibilitiesAct as a Talent Acquisition Partner to specific business units, and manage the end-to-end recruiting process alongside them.Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, create accurate and compelling job descriptions, and establish clear hiring criteria.Engage with passive candidates and build relationships to enhance the candidate pool.Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing timely communication and feedback.Prepare and present job offers, negotiate terms, and manage the offer acceptance process.Source suitable and relevant candidates for various areas.QualificationsMinimum of 2 years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment; preferably supporting GTM organizations ideallyExperience in SaaS or technology preferredAbility to engage and influence candidates and hiring managers.Proficiency in Workday, Greenhouse, and Google Suite preferred.Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environme
