EMEA Sales Specialist

Sales Support Specialist - EuropeLocation: Europe (Remote) - open to all European regionsSatechi, a global leader in premium consumer electronics and accessories, is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to join our European team. In this role, you’ll provide day-to-day support to our customers, partners, and internal teams, ensuring smooth order management, product launches, and sales activities across EMEA.What You’ll Do:Manage a select number of customer accounts by country.Communicate shipping times and backorder updates to customers.Prepare sales materials for new product launches.Update and distribute monthly price lists.Work with customers across EMEA, to deliver accurate forecasts.Collaborate with customers on seasonal promotions and marketing programs.Assist with compliance enquiries and training module rollouts.Coordinate with operations on order processing and delivery timelines.What We’re Looking For:2–4 years’ experience in sales support, account management, or commercial coordination (consumer electronics/retail/FMCG preferred).Strong organizational and communication skills.Proficiency with MS Office and CRM/ERP systems (e.g. NetSuite).Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.Customer-focused, detail-oriented, and proactive.What We Offer:Join a fast-growing, design-driven consumer electronics brand.International exposure and cross-functional collaboration.Competitive salary and learning opportunitiesCompensation:The pay range for this position is $12-$20 USD per hour, based on your knowledge, skills, and experience.
