Job Description

Emerald Zebra is working closely with the Tech Company, specializing in the maritime technology sector and seeking to hire a Commercial Project Manager (Legal) to support its expanding operations. This is a key role for a commercially minded professional with a strong understanding of contracts, proposals, and stakeholder coordination. The ideal candidate will bring experience in managing RFPs/RFQs, reviewing agreements, and supporting cross-functional project activities. The Commercial Project Manager (Legal) will be responsible for coordinating the preparation of commercial proposals, managing customer and supplier agreements, and ensuring timely and accurate handling of contractual documentation.

The role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual who can work across departments, support legal and commercial functions, and contribute to the overall efficiency of business operations. Responsibilities: Manage the preparation and submission of RFPs/RFQs, commercial proposals, and related documentation. Review, draft, and coordinate contractual agreements with customers, suppliers, and partners. Liaise with internal departments including legal, procurement, sales, and finance to ensure consistency and compliance in documentation. Monitor timelines and deliverables across multiple projects, ensuring alignment with business priorities. Identify risks and propose solutions related to contractual and commercial matters.

Maintain organized records of contracts, proposals, and project-related communications. Support continuous improvement of commercial processes and documentation standards. Background and experience: Bachelors degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Proven experience in managing commercial proposals, RFPs/RFQs, and contract documentation. Strong understanding of legal and commercial frameworks in a business context. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. PMP or similar certification is an asset but not required. Package and Benefits: Salary depends on experience and qualifications:
