We, therefore, have a commitment to Empower Entrepreneurs by providing the means needed to move and improve in their lives.Key Responsibilities:Receiving all Emergency calls and escalate to the recovery team Offer real time technical support to the emergency recovery team during theft cases Conducting a brief investigation of client reports in comparison to GPS data Maintaining all Emergency modules and ensure all the data is in order on a daily basis for monthly data analysis Profound evaluating and preparing theft reports for lost assets Act as a direct link between GPS Tracking department and Recovery Department Perform any other assigned duties by the seniors/managementKey Performance Indicators:Recovery support all throughout an emergency case (Recovered/Not recovered) Data capture 100 accurate Average time on calls and escalation Quality analysis of the whole emergency call handlingWHAT WE OFFER:Be a part of an international, dynamic and driven team that has set their aspirations high and work hard to achieve thoseOpportunities to learn and grow together with usCompetitive compensation package Health benefitsDo you see yourself being part of the WATU team?
