If you are focused on delivering quality early and often, then you might be just whom we’re looking for a Senior Delivery Manager to help us shape Emergn’s exciting future and play an important role in our growth. We want you to: Lead the delivery of our services and products with one of our key clients. Knowledge of SDLC and architectural principles. People leadership qualities. Previous experience in a similar role as a Delivery Manager or Project Manager. Stakeholder management experience, with the ability to build relationships and trust quickly. Experience running and managing different size projects.
Accountability for the ownership and management of delivery. Internal and external reporting experience. You’re a perfect fit if you have: Experience with DevOps tools. Knowledge of Design Thinking and Systems Thinking. Knowledge of Agile and Scaled Agile Frameworks. A solid understanding of SDLC/PDLC. Good technical grasp and awareness of engineering best practices. Ability to use the language of the engineering teams, to lead discussion over technical/architectural topics when needed. Native or bilingual Latvian and an excellent level of written and verbal English communication Previous experience with public sector clients will be considered a great advantage.
You might also have: IPMA, PMP or equal certificates will be considered an advantage. Higher education in IT Project Management is an advantage.
