This role is responsible for transforming operational data into actionable insights through the development of dashboards, performance reports, governance submissions, and strategic presentations. By managing a centralized dashboard and acting as the go-to expert for operational analytics. Develop and maintain periodic (daily, weekly, monthly) MIS reports for all operational areas (e. g. , remittance, account services, cards, clearing, credit, trade, etc. ). Coordinate with operations leads to validate and reconcile submitted data and address discrepancies. Automate recurring reports where feasible to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
Manage and develop interactive dashboards (using tools like Power BI) that offer real-time visibility on operational performance. Conduct periodic reviews with end users to enhance usability and relevance of dashboard content. Lead the collation and preparation of recurring operations submissions for governance forums. Act as checker to elevate submissions not only collation. Consolidate inputs across hub heads and ensure timely, complete, and standardized presentation formats. Conduct periodic audits of data sources and reports to validate accuracy and alignment with operational changes. Liaise with IT/data governance functions to ensure system integrity and resolve issues proactively.
Bachelor’s degree in business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field. 6–8 years of experience in business intelligence, financial analytics, or reporting (banking/financial services preferred).
