You’ll be responsible for selling and issuing tickets, advising on fares and travel requirements including visas, health, and check-in, while also proactively identifying opportunities to promote Emirates products such as Skywards membership, upgrades, Dubai stopovers, and hotel bookings. You’ll manage complex cases including special service requests, medical assistance, and support for travel agents, while stepping up to support team leaders and guide colleagues when needed. QualificationTo succeed, you should have GCSE/A Level (or equivalent) education, experience in a contact centre or airline/travel industry, solid knowledge of fares and ticketing, and strong PC skills.
Fluency in English is essential, while additional languages are a plus.
