If you are just as passionate as we are, come join our Brew Crew!Brew Crew OpportunityOur Global Brew Crew is seeking an Employee Engagement Executive responsible for developing, implementing, and managing programs that foster a positive and motivating work environment designed to improve employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.This role is crucial in promoting the company culture, with a specific focus on internal communications and company activities and events. This role will be reporting to the Employee Relations & Governance Lead.Key ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will:Internal Communications & RecognitionManage and disseminate important company announcements and curate monthly highlights of company achievements and initiatives across all channels promptly and effectively.Produce and publish our employee newsletter including writing, editing and updating contents ensuring content is engaging, relevant, and consistent with company branding.Manage the distribution of work anniversary and birthday vouchers, and the compilation of related employee lists.Utilize graphic design skills (or collaboration) to create engaging and aesthetic visuals, including posters and stickers design for events, campaigns, and ad hoc projects while adhering to brand guidelinesEngagement Activities Plan, organize, and execute company Engagement events including Long Service Award (LSA) ceremonies and any other ad hoc projects or events.Manage logistics and procurement for festive snacks and decoration for major festivals and internal celebrations.Propose and execute a holistic strategy for employee engagement, including town halls, recognition programs, well-being initiatives, and team-building activities while managing budget effectively.Lead the coordination of merchandise giveaways and lucky draws during company events.Manage the Internal Influencer Program (IIF) which is focused on promoting company products and assessing participants eligibility and category rewards.Collaborate with Marketing department for any IIF activities and events.Data Analysis & Knowledge ManagementCoordinate and support the annual employee engagement survey, Gallup.Translate survey results into actionable insights and collaborate with departments on follow-up plans.Coordinate the collection, review, and consolidation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) from all departments within SharePoint.Your IngredientsPreferably having 3 - 5 years of experience in Human Resources, Internal Communications, Event Management, or a related field, with a strong focus on employee engagement.Strong understanding of employee engagement principles and best practices.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated experience in developing compelling newsletters and organizational announcements.Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Microsoft Power Point and Excel as well as basic proficiency in graphic design for creating internal marketing materials.Performance & RewardsAt The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, we embrace a high-performance culture that rewards and encourages our values of teamwork, ownership, and respect for one another.
