You’ll work closely with the different People & Culture Teams such as Talent Development, Talent Attraction etc... to strengthen the overall employee experience and retention.OnboardingAct as the main point of contact for employees after contract signature, ensuring a sense of belonging before our talent's arrival.Facilitate and continuously improve the onboarding process for both junior and experienced profiles.Support the organization of Fall and January intakes, bi-monthly onboarding sessions, and induction weeks in collaboration with the Development Solutions Team.Engagement & RetentionAnalyze engagement data to identify key drivers of culture and prioritize improvement areas.Collaborate with Management, Talent Development, and DEI teams to implement initiatives based on survey results, feedback, and interviews.Conduct and analyze the annual Global People Survey and follow up with actionable recommendations.Oversee the trial period and end-of-internship processes in partnership with relevant stakeholders.Identify opportunities to automate or streamline administrative tasks to enhance efficiency and employee experience.Engagement InitiativesDesign and implement engagement programs, including wellness, diversity, and wellbeing initiatives.Foster a culture of recognition through training, communication, and coaching for leaders and teams.Stay current on new practices and trends in employee engagement and culture.Talent MappingPartner with Talent Attraction & Sourcing to collect and share insights on new joiners’ skills and experienceCollaborate with Talent Development and Planning teams to optimize employee utilization and future skills planning.What we look forBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum 2 years of experience in employee engagement, HR, or a similar function in a fast paced environmentStrong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and standards.Familiarity with Luxembourg labor law and HR tools such as SuccessFactors.Excellent command of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).Strong organizational and analytical skills, with attention to detail.Good understanding of KPMG’s services and people-related challenges.Awareness of industry trends within Audit, Tax, and Advisory.Fluency in English.
