The Employee Experience Senior Specialist is the program owner for Bolt’s global onboarding experience. This role is responsible for leading the design, automation, and continuous improvement of onboarding at scale – ensuring that every new hire quickly becomes a productive, engaged, and connected member of Bolt.In addition to onboarding, this role will contribute to cross-team Talent Management initiatives such as performance management, diversity & inclusion, and leadership development, helping to shape a world-class People Experience. You’ll lead the design, automation, and delivery of onboarding at scale, working cross-functionally with HR, IT, managers, and leaders globally.You’ll also contribute to key Talent Management initiatives — such as performance management, leadership development, and D&I — shaping a cohesive and world-class employee experience across the lifecycle. Finally, you’ll bring Bolt’s culture to life by facilitating live onboarding sessions and events that connect, inspire, and engage new hires.Main tasks and responsibilities:Design, standardise, and automate the global onboarding journey, leveraging AI and HR platforms to streamline workflows and communications.Facilitate engaging live onboarding sessions and events to immerse new hires in Bolt’s culture and values.Act as the central coordinator for onboarding, aligning HR, IT, managers, and leaders to deliver a consistent new hire experience globally.Collect and analyse onboarding data to measure effectiveness, recommend improvements, and demonstrate ROI.Contribute to broader Talent Management initiatives (e.g., performance management, leadership development, D&I) ensuring integration across the employee lifecycle.About you:3+ years’ experience in Employee Experience, L&D, Talent Management, or related field, with ownership of onboarding or employee lifecycle programs.Proven success in program management – designing, scaling, and iterating global processes.Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, able to align leaders and navigate complex organisations.Expertise in HR technology, LMS platforms, and workflow automation (experience with AI-driven solutions is a strong advantage).Outstanding facilitation, presentation, and communication skills, with an analytical mindset to translate data into insights and improvements.Experience is great, but what we really look for is drive, intelligence, and integrity.
