Full speed.Whether people and businesses are sending money to another country, spending abroad, or making and receiving international payments, Wise is on a mission to make their lives easier and save them money.As part of our team, you will be helping us create an entirely new network for the world's money.For everyone, everywhere.Job DescriptionMore about our mission and what we offer.As a Mid-Level Technical Recruiter, you’ll partner with hiring teams to scale our engineering organization, ensuring we attract, hire, and retain top talent while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.What You’ll DoManage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to closing, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers.Partner with hiring teams to understand their needs, define hiring strategies, and make data-driven decisions.Source and engage top engineering talent, using creative approaches beyond traditional job boards.Ensure a best-in-class candidate experience, building long-term relationships and a strong talent pipeline.Collaborate with Employer Branding and Marketing teams to support recruitment campaigns and events.Use data to drive hiring decisions, identifying blockers and optimizing processes for scalability.Work closely with the People team to align hiring with onboarding, talent mapping, and compensation benchmarking.Additional InformationFor everyone, everywhere.
