Job Description
ππ’π π¦ππ’π£π: β’ Drive employee growth by leading the Companyβs Performance Management System and Development Programs, including the design and implementation of training initiatives. β’ Review and recommend improvements to training and performance management policies and procedures. β’ Build partnerships with universities and colleges to implement an effective internship program. ππ’π π€π¨ππππππ§ππ’π‘π¦: β’ Graduate of any four (4) year collegiate course; preferably Psychology, Human Resource Management, or any related course β’ At least two (2) yearsβ experience in a similar role or five (5) yearsβ leadership experience β’ Background in managing or enhancing a Performance Management System is an advantage β’ Experience in the hospitality, gaming, or customer service industry is an advantage
