Job Description

𝗝𝗒𝗕 π—¦π—–π—’π—£π—˜: β€’ Drive employee growth by leading the Company’s Performance Management System and Development Programs, including the design and implementation of training initiatives. β€’ Review and recommend improvements to training and performance management policies and procedures. β€’ Build partnerships with universities and colleges to implement an effective internship program. 𝗝𝗒𝗕 π—€π—¨π—”π—Ÿπ—œπ—™π—”π—§π—œπ—’π—‘π—¦: β€’ Graduate of any four (4) year collegiate course; preferably Psychology, Human Resource Management, or any related course β€’ At least two (2) years’ experience in a similar role or five (5) years’ leadership experience β€’ Background in managing or enhancing a Performance Management System is an advantage β€’ Experience in the hospitality, gaming, or customer service industry is an advantage
