Role: - Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager- Employee RelationsPurpose: The role - holder plays a significant role in being the People Brand Ambassador and in partnering with business and providing regular People interventions.➢ Aviva Fortune 500 Company:- https://fortune.com/company/aviva/global500/ ➢ HR Spoc LinkedIn: - https://www.linkedin.com/in/aryan-raj-76247175/ Main Priorities:Assist ER Manager in investigations (under the attorney-client privilege when necessary) into sensitive/complex employment situations; provides guidance to business unit management and HR regarding employee counseling, progressive discipline, and involuntary terminations. Manage good connect with External stakeholders i.e., External council members, Legal representatives on behalf of the company. etc.Consults with management, People Business Partner, Group Investigation, Compliance and Legal with respect to findings.Record-keeping, including status reports on pending cases, internal employee complaints/issues; analyzes trends; provides statistical analyses of employee population; also assists the ER Manager in formulating guidelines and conducting briefings for management and People Business Partner.Strategic in developing, implementing and administering HR programs within functional areas.Identify the ER awareness need among the business units and design the training program accordingly.Participates in Internal committees to formulate/discuss Human Resources policy and to address/resolve the reported violations as per company policy & also adhere to local applicable laws. Responsible for facilitating improvements in policies, practices, procedures based on learning from investigations. Qualifications:Masters degree or equivalent in Human ResourcesSkills/ Knowledge:Technical expert with in-depth knowledge in area of Employee RelationsBrief Knowledge of corporate human resources policies and procedures and applicable human resources laws and regulations (e.g., fair employment, workplace accommodations, etc.). Listening, negotiation, and analytical skills necessary for coaching and counseling. Knowledge of business processes and practices in order to identify ER and HR needs.Ability to establish credibility and trust with all stakeholdersExcellent Stakeholder ManagementStrong communication skills across all levelsMulti-Tasking abilityProblem solving abilityExperience:3-5 years work experience in Employee Relations (HR Governance), PIP & Exit ManagementWork Environment: ➢ This position may involve working in an office setting or remotely, depending on company policies. ➢ Flexibility in hours may be required to meet team needs.
